good questions
Ask us anything.
Will my dog fit?
It fits small dogs up to 13 lb (6 kg) (Pomeranians, Chihuahuas, Maltese, Yorkies and similar) and cats up to 22 lb (10 kg). Inside it is 19.7 × 17.7 × 9.8 in (50 × 45 × 25 cm), enough room to sit up, turn and lie down.
Does it get too warm?
There are air vents all around the shell. Keep it out of direct sun on hot days, like you would with any carrier.
Can I carry it instead of rolling?
Yes. There is a grab handle on top, and the telescopic handle slides down out of the way.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the PC shell with a damp cloth. The floor pad lifts out.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days with tracking. Most arrive in 5–9 business days.
What if it isn’t right for us?
You have 30 days to return it for a full refund.
